I was wondering when and how does Grand Daddy changes its color. A friend told me the leaves start to turn brown like its going to die but it changes color. I'm not sure if the leaves on mines look like its deficient in nutrients or it changing color. Ill post up pictures when i can

Oh and on the purple i think that is done by growing in a lower temperature inviroment. I grew outdoor in TN for many years and because of the low temps toward the time of year flowering started many many of what i grew were purple. Even if the bud i got the seed from wasn't.

does not look like nute burn. looks like it lacks calcium, maybe. and purple comes at the last 2 weeks of its life, not temperature. your fan leaves should start to yellow then the edges will turn purple, the buds will follow suit. if they are under a hps it will be harder to see the actual purple starting so if you can move the plant under a higher temp bulb you will be able to see purple if its almost done.

sry for the double post but looking at your picture closer i see what the problem may be. i see you are spraying your plants with water or something?! thats a big no no. i bet the water spots are doing that. stop spraying them down.
