yes bit you need to introduce them to full sun slowly and watch out for mites and other bugs.

yes u can but i wouldnt recomend it cause of bugs(mites, aphids, ect.) and people that may see you bring in and out plants, if ya want them to get some good sun light just put it in a window or by putting insect repelent in the area wer ur putting them and all around ur lard also maby put a mosquito net on them(wont harm or block any light) will keep 100% of bugs off them may not even need to spray or lay out repelent

Also be wary of the container temperature. If it is too hot out and you leave it in direct sun, your medium will heat up as well and possibly bake and kill roots.
As others said, bugs are a huge concern. Anything you may bring into your house on a plant from outside could colonize and damage future grows as well.
That all being said, it's been done before. I have done it (though I'm not sure it benefited the plants that much) with no problems. Just make sure to keep em watered, and inspect the hell out of em for little beasties.
