Hi, Im growing a medical hash plant. (bagseed but looks like hash plant)

My plant is starting her sixth week in flowering and has dropped most of the bigger fan leafs. Also the fan leafs under colas are yellowing pretty fast rate. lowest buds are also starting to go brown/red.

So my question is can you guys help me determine a good harvest time for my plant?

For the weed effect id love a stress releaving good night sleep herb to treat stress indused insomnia.

Will post some pictures in the morning when the lights come back on :)

ok well if you really wanna know go down to radio shack and pick up a 10x pocket micro and look at the tricroms ( thc glands ) i like mine to be almost a nice amber not all amber but 3/4 of the way and thats when its harvast time make sure to hang the plant up in a dark room thats dry and leave it alone for a week then put it into mason jars for at least another week and bam u got some killer medication

Ive clipped few testers to look at but i did not get conclusive result from what i viewed :(.

Also the grow room i have is a small and tight 3ftx1ftx3ft wlh. with 4 x 21w CLF and 2 x 18 FLtubes all 2700k

Is there a corolation between the pistils turning red and the trichomes turning amber ?
Week 6 started and about 20% of the pistils are already turning red/brown but about 40% of trichs are cloudy 60% still clear.

So another week or two before harvest ?

Nope.

Probably. Even with a heavy indica you'll need a week or two more than normal using CFL's and fluoros (vs. using HID). Patience and you'll be very happy

I got a little problem. My plant is in only a 1.5 liter pot and its week 6/7 flowering. All the fan leafs have turned yellow and 90% of them dropped. Nuggets lowest leafs are turning pale green... So i think it has used all space for root system now.. Should i wait till harvest or repot it to bigger container ? :S

Surprised you made it this far with such small pots. The roots really don't grow much past the first few weeks of flower, so I'm thinking that the buffers in the soil ran out (usually after 6-8 weeks in the same soil/pot) and you've been having ph problems and/or the wrong mix of nutes. Judging from the pics it looks way too early for so much yellowing and dying leaves.

Best place to start is getting a digital ph pen and measuring the ph of your feedings and also the run-off. The cheap color drops/strips will not work for this. Can you take some pics of the entire plants and not just the tops?

Heres my lil weeping beauty not much :D but still something :)

Thought the yellowness goes systematically from bottom towards the top so at first i tought it was normal but now that its gotten very rapid i donno how to be :S

i have 5 liter bucket that i fill with water and let it sit for 3-4 days before usage..

PH of my tap water is somewhere around 7-8 and i dont have no ph up or down... Kinda wanted to see if i even get this far without any of that stuff :P

I have given the plant BN PK+ nutes from first week of flowering and during veg i gave them very little extra N but not much at all and first week of flowering i gave it some N with the BN pk+ :)

OK not too bad. Not familiar with the BN PK+ but if it's like other nutrient formulas, it might just be a booster to use for a couple weeks depending on the manufacturer's recommendations. Bloom nutes should have a little N in them, but more of the P and K. Have you checked the BN website for their feeding schedule?

As for the pots those look way bigger than 1.5L, more like 10L, and for plants that size they should be alright.

BN website recomends pk+ to be used with some other bn product wich i dont have. So im gonna give her some other npk nutes in proportion for normal feeding and add the pk+ for this week. Next week i think im gonna flush and get ready to harvest anyways :)
