Well I just got my chart notes from the Doc today... I was planning on sending that to THCF, but he stated in the note, that we talked about medical cannabis and believes it will help with my Post concussion disorder... My question is should I go ahead and print the application and send it to OMMP... or should I still use THCF? :thumbsup:
