i have a few questions for experienced growers im pretty new to growing and im trying to do a 12/12 cfl grow i was wondering wats the best way to keep the plant small under a foot and a half and flower and harvest it as soon as possible but still get a decent yield

A couple of years experience, some quality nutrients and an appropriate strain that's known for it's low growth habit.

But lacking that, you might want to look in the Grow Log section, or the Cabinet/Closet growing section.
