Quick question about LST GUYS!!!

I have a question??? if i tied down the main stem of my plant from the top about a little less then half way down wouldnt that be a good thing cause it would expose more light to the rest of the buds??? NEed answers pls and here are some picks of what i did

That's the idea... ;) even canopy with several 'main' tops for each plant. Not sure when you started to LST, but figure I'd say it anyways: best to do all training during veg (once at about 5 nodes) and stop a week or two before flowering (unless doing a SCRoG). Training when flowering is not recommended unless you're running out of head room :thumbsup:

well i actually just did it like an hour ago and decided to ask if that was ok.. i decided to do it cause i thought it would increase bud size throughout the plant cause with the plant pulled down the way it is cause the light to hit directly on the buds growing directly down the stem of the plant... and also the buds on the branches are exposed to more light....

I'm sure they won't keel over and die :D but the added stress can prolong flowering times and possibly lead to other stress related issues (hermies). What's done is done and everything will probably be fine, but just think about starting earlier next time. Happy growing :jointsmile:
