you may be refering to the fact that a seedless plant has more THC.

it seems the production of seeds uses resources that could go to making the content higher,,more potency.,
besides being easier to deal with rolling up or packing bongs,
seeds and stems wiegh too,so really you get more weed too if its seedless.

Not necessarily. I've smoked some pretty good bud that had a few beans in it and I've had some not-too-impressive sinsemilla before, but in general, yes, if you buy seedless weed you will get more bang for your buck.

i was thinking about that, if i was to sell pot and use a scale i would remove the steams and seed. there is a littel bit of thc in the seeds, but one of my friends got so desperite cuz his dealer has to go to cali to get the shit and we live in norh washington and they have to go to south cali, and they ran dry and couldnt find a hook up so he smoked a boul full off seeds, blew it all in to a ballon and didnt even get a buzz

You mena making pot without THC... well kinda THC is made in the stems I believe so when it's hung up side down the THC drains to the buds. So if you dont let it drain your smoking marijuana without the THC. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
