I'm currently 22 and have been smoking since I was 16! I've smoked out of cans, bowls, pipes, gbs, waterfalls, bongs (roor, pure, illidelph). I currently own an acrylic bong and I'm tired of smoking my weed out of it. My budget is 140-160 for a nice glass bong. I don't want a super tall one just a nice glass one that's convinent for around the apartment. I'm currently looking at a roor little sista...anyone have any ideas for me!? Thanks in advance for any help.

any good good smoke shop should have glass bongs....go and look and see what you like....defeinetly get blown glass that you can see is nice and thick...look for stability, you don't want something tipsy.....but most of all it has to fit what you are looking for

good luck! :smokin:

just remembered my other question! What's the difference between 3.2mm and 5mm and so on and so on. I know durabilty is the obvious reason but does thicker glass allow leas heat to travel idk just trying to educate myself;)

Thicker glass isnt necessarily a good thing,it depends on who is making the product, but id never buy a bong online. A glass piece needs to be able to be inspected visually, and of course you wanna know how it feels.Get a glass on glass one. It doesnt have to be a roor, or phx or some other big brand name to be good. like str8 said, look for stability, thats the first thing I look for you dont wanna knock over that bad boy easily, next look at the where the neck and base are connected and look for obvious weaknesses. The rest is all about feel, how does it feel in your hands. The last bong i got was made by a local glass blower its around 13 inches tall and I like it,it does its job. id never pay 140-160 for a bong or any piece for that matter unless it was completely custom and hand made by someone I knew was really awesome. Try and go to a local shop they generally get their stuff from local blowers,at least here in Sacramento they do.

Oh yeah. that actually makes a lot of sense. Im only considering paying that much cause the brands i have hit are typically around that price and they are amazing hits. I love harsher hits so percs don't interest me. I only like harsher hits because I never cough and i can feel myself get higher and that does knock down the price considerably

Hey, I disagree because I recently bought a Roor little sista online and I was very happy with it - Roor consistently make good quality glass ware. Also other brands I can recommend are pure glass, and ehle customs, as well as Toro.

Yeah but my $50 locally made one gets you just as baked as your overly priced roor, and I have money left over to buy other things:jointsmile:

make sure it's glass, that's all I can say!
