More than enough lights, but you could do with beefing up the plants a little more before flowering

if i were you i'd lose the foil.

and with that much light running over them they should be far bushier than they currently show so something needs to be done soon. also your pots...do they have drainage holes? a fan will also help strengthen those stems. not just a little puter fan either...you should have at least one 12" oscillator in there running full time over them.

But see thats the thing del, your not me. Every strain grows different. I didn't top these so they are stretching toward the light. I am going to prune them today for clones. Once topped, the plant will be forced to grow bushier. Until then, its going to stretch. Yes the pots do have drain holes. The drainage of them is pretty good. Each trunk of my girls is half an inch thick. The little puter fan i have for them seems to be giving them enough exercise so i guess we will just have to wait and see how they grow, won't we. I'll be sure to post my yield :D

i do nothing different from following basic guidlines for soil growing...all my questions have been answered at og's faq and beyond that it's making it fit into your life.

1st off, lose the foil. it's a light-eater, not a reflector. flat white is what i use but certain roofing paints and mylar are the best. i prefer flat white because it's easy to keep clean (unlike mylar) and easy to cover when done with grow room (unlike roofing paint) unless a false wall is made...both can be made much easier to use with an extra wall surrounding the plants...adjustable too.

2nd, keep those lights close...i use the back of the hand method and add a few inches. a fan or two is also a must-have. they not only circulate air but also strengthen stems as they grow. they do not cool, however unless they have cool air to blow around. a common misconception is thinking the more fans the cooler it is...no. without cooler air coming in they can not help with that.

3rd, water only when needed after seedling stage (keep constantly moist, never soaked for sprouts). too much water looks the same as too little but is harder to fix. same for ferts...too little is far easier to fix than too much. i use m.g. and similar ferts but always cut directions in half and never more than once every 10-14 days...like a total of 3 times during veg and 2-3 during flower for indoor.

if i were you, i'd take the worst looking plant and transplant it. check out the roots and soil below and that may tell you something...i use those black nursery pots w/o probs and have never tried it with those tupperware-type containers. the black pots have plenty of drainage, can't tell with yours. i also layer my soil when preparing the pots or the outdoor holes. a little potting soil, followed by a little cactus mix, every few inches until full. others do it differently...i like the extra drainage tho.
