I'm sure questions like this have been asked before, but I'm new to this and all the information is a little overwhelming, so I figured I should ask about my specific situation. Sorry if this is redundant.

I have a drug test for employment in 4 and a half days. I've been clean for 2 weeks and a few days, which will equal 22 days without smoking by test time. I smoked twice a day with rarely a day off.

A few details. I'm 30 years old, 150 pounds and 5'8". I'm skinny, and have been all my life while being able to eat whatever. 2 months ago I started working out due to turning 30 and figuring it would be a good idea. When I found out about this test I amped up the cardio to try to burn off the THC cause I read that might help. Also I started eating alot better and drinking tons of water.

Basically my question is, have I been doing the right thing? I've read a few places that also say maybe I shouldn't be working out so much and it might cause me to fail. I've taken 2 home tests, but the results were so faint that it's only made me more confused.

Thanks in advance for any advice you may have

I think you will be fine.. i just had a test about 20 min ago at a hospital. I hadnt smoked in 23 days. I was so paranoid that I took two at home kits (both neg). I woke up this morning at 5:30 and drank a bottle of xxtra clean detox. My test was at 10:30. I was so so nervous! It was instant results and the nurse showed me right away... passed with flying colors.

I probably wasted 50$ on the xxtra clean but peace of mind was worth every penny.

I recommend buying an at home thc test from a head shop or walgreens. Take it with the first pee of the morning. if you pass... no worries

On all the home tests I've tested negative for the line was very faint. I had a few where the control was even faint.

A sure way to pass the test without worry is using QF 5.7, just used it passed with no problems, besides do your research everyone on here supports it.
