Using teas

I have a tea, it contains liquid seaweed, molasses and micro organisms.

It's brewed with fresh rainwater, good idea to use on my plants?

and also...

how do i apply teas, and how often?

is it an alternative to watering, or should i also water?

Newbie in this department, but i'm trying to learn and move forward.
