Don't know if this has hit the radar of anyone here, but If they do get around to passing the bill for a commission I think the faults of are justice system will be the prohibitions.
He even goes on to outline in the video about overflow in prison population and that we are arresting the wrong people, and house 25% of the worlds prisoners. Seems to me this could be how decriminalization may pass.
