Lets use....say... Hamas as a GREAT example. They conduct terrorist attacks against Israel with one part of its group and charitable endeavors with another. This makes donating money to a Hamas "charity" endeavor...which they dip into to buy explosives and assault rifles....terrorism.
Chief Justice Roberts " Such support frees up other resources within the organization that may be put to violent ends." Like my 6 year old daughter would say " DUH"
