Quick transplant question couldnt find answer

im going to be transplanting before flower and i was just wondering If i should transplant when lights come on or sometime before lights go out so roots and plant can recoop...thoughts and answers are duely noted

if you need a quick answer...I don't think it matters one way or another. At least half of the people will have something good to say for one side or another. Some will say the plant is asleep so what a great time, others will say but if it's awake then it can begin to recoup right away. Either way the plant will figure it out, if you do it correctly in terms of pot size, soil and water. I don't think the time of day will play much of a variable to your transplanting success.
