I have been doing alot of reading here from you great experts.

I am a med user and want to grow 1-3 plants max in my 2 car garage. I guess footprint would be 1 to 3 buckets wide. (4 gallon buckets) So not very big.

I think 250wt HPS system would be suffiecient? I know 400wt is only a few bucks more. However then I would need cooling? and double power bill and overkill?

I am in Seattle area and would prefer local. However if its much more cost effective online I will go that way.

Here is an ebay deal I found. Looks great, however after shipping its 179.00
400 watt HPS GROW LIGHT 400w System Hydroponic sun lamp - eBay (item 120462772924 end time Jun-21-10 10:17:27 PDT) (http://cgi.ebay.com/400-watt-HPS-GROW-LIGHT-400w-System-Hydroponic-sun-lamp-/120462772924?cmd=ViewItem&pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item1c0c240abc)

Thanks for your help.

You can buy locally off the internet or in person. Just have to check out the deals. Try the gardenspout.com They are in Portland, but you can trust them. And, they have any system you'd need.
