as an amateur bodybuilder, we generally take around 7-10 grams of creatine a day. i usually take 5 grams of creatine with dextrose powder before and after my workouts.
on the other hand, it seems as if you have never taken creatine before so you will want to go through the loading cycle... take 5grams of creatine 4x's a day for a week, then take it down to 5 grams of creatine 2x's a day.
creatine is fairly inexspensive 10-15 bucks?

well i dont have any money right now I have to save it to pay for a few things, so I cant spend any of the money I have. I did have some red meat and tonight I made some and I ate it medium rare. And I plan to eat more, I know my test is sometime next week, but I dont know for sure. I think it might be wendesday and on that date i smoked exactly 13 days prior and I have only smoked twice since may 14th but that time i smoked around 3 times a week. I am gonna follow the sticky to the T i am just worried that I wont have enough creatine since I only have red meat and i dont know how much i need to eat

The best course of action is to load up as much as you can without causing frequent unwanted trips to the bathroom, sitting on the toilet seat. Be sure to load up 2-3 days before the U/A to allow the body to metabolize the creatine into creatinine (the end waste product found in urine that the labs check for in determining overdilution). High creatinine levels would be a non-issue to the labs because there are no upper limits established for creatinine. As long as the creatinine level is over 20 mg/dL, the urine sample is satisfactory.

in that case, eat as much steak, chicken, and pork as possible. eat 6 small meat meals throughout the day. (perhaps every 3 hours if possible)
lucky you, you have access to meat.
meat = expensive.

I am eating alot of red meat and thanks for the advice, I would work out but since I am in poor shape I am fearful that I would release more thc into my system.

I would work out but since I am in poor shape I am fearful that I would release more thc into my system. Yeah, skip the workout sessions and other fat-burning activities and go into "storage mode" 3 days before the U/A. That way you wont be releasing a bunch of THC metabolites into your bloodstream, which will end up in the urine to be detected. :eek:

Drinking water is only good on the day of the U/A. Drinking water days before the test is useless. It may cause frequent urination, but it has no effect on the GFR (the rate in which THC metabolites are filtered from the bloodstream by the kidneys).

That means theyre testing for 10 types of drugs. But cannabis is all you need to worry about because other drugs cannot be discussed here.
