I live in Olympia Washington and im in housing for ptsd. I have used marijuana for vomiting, for a mood stablizer, for pain, as a muscle relaxer, and for sleeping and I can't afford my medication and I fear that I will be homeless soon The medication I get from my doctor not only doesn't work but makes me feel intoxicated and I don't want to be on opiates Im disabled with limited income a month so if there is someone who is willing to be my caretaker (grow) for me since I have my medical marijuana card or are willing to donate some it will make it so easier for me

Ask Jeremy at Olympia something or other's on here. Or Sacred Medicine. They are supposed to be non-profits and as such provide for no cost to patients who are broke that have valid authorizations. Now don't expect to do it all the time, but it can help you get on your feet to where you can grow or find someone to grow for you.

Hey excited,
i live in your area and would be interested in discussing what type of arrangement you may be looking for specifically. I am only interested in providing services that are legal as caregiver under Washington State law. Feel free to pm me and we can talk further.
Peace,

Dear excited and others,

If in state housing and using cannabis therapy you will be evicted. Please see below:

Mr. Assenberg appealed the decision. In affirming Judge Lasnik, the Ninth Circuit held Mr. Assenberg's "attempt to assert the medical necessity defense" was properly rejected, and that his eviction was "substantiated by [his] illegal drug use." [*5] Assenberg v. Anacortes Housing Authority, 268 Fed.Appx. 643, 2008 WL 598310 (9th Cir. 2008). Mr. Assenberg filed a Petition for Writ of Certiorari with the United States Supreme Court, which denied his petition on October 6, 2008. See Assenberg v. Anacortes Housing Authority, 129 S. Ct. 104, 172 L. Ed. 2d 84, 2008 WL 2227338 (U.S. 2008). Mr. Assenberg filed another action against different defendants, stemming from the same incident. Judge Lasnik dismissed the action, stating that Mr. Assenberg's claim that Washington's "medical marijuana law grants him an unfettered right to use marijuana in federally subsidized housing" had been rejected in the prior suit against the AHA and thus, he was barred by issue preclusion to relitigate his claims. Assenberg v. McCullum et al., 2006 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 75124, 2006 WL 2841893, *1 (W.D. Wash. 2006).

During 2006, Mr. Assenberg filed a complaint in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington alleging his due process rights were violated by the Federal Drug Administration and the Department of Justice for failing to allow his use of medical marijuana to alleviate his pain. See Assenberg v. State of Washington, Case No. 2:06-CV-00351-RHW. United States District Judge Robert [*6] W. Whaley dismissed the case, stating that "there is no fundamental constitutional right to possess and use marijuana for medical reason." Id.

Is PTSD a covered condition yet? I don't think it is...yet.

So this seems a bit out of the ordinary to be asking these type of questions...now the pain unrelieved by standard medicines and treatment would qualify, yet you posed a state v. fry question which is a disqualification under the act..:wtf::wtf::wtf:

Becareful who replies here..just saying check every i and T. Ruses are abound here in wa. st. by leo.

This kind of situation makesme wish it were legal for out of state medical growers to provide for out of state patients.

We have this thing called Full Faith and Credit, it needs to be upheld across ALL borders. After al, A doc's prescription for Xanax in Texas counts as a prescription in Tennessee, why shouldn't cannabis be the same way?
