Just some random thoughts and ideas. Mostly just thinking out loud since my allergies are so bad that I am stuck at home....

Will I still be able to purchase clones from a MMC without declaring them my caregiver? I mean if you cant be a caregiver and have one listed then this makes things kind of difficult as far as what strains to offer my patients.

If you had to choose 5 strains to offer your patients what would they be? I currently would have to say I would keep at least my C99, and Sour Bubble in my future limited ass menu.

Since there are only restrictions on dried flowers am I allowed to keep all the tinctures and edibles that I want on hand for myself and patients? Could I keep 2 ounces of hash per patient and still be in compliance?

What are most of you thinking you are going to do with overages once you harvest your crops? I am still trying to figure this one out. Most likely it will just disappear magically in to the night. Any ideas or thoughts about this would be great.

Does a fruited plant that is cut down and hung as a whole really only count towards your plant count and not your finished count?

Unfortunately to make this work my business model really has to change. I was able to give the patients that allowed me the plant numbers that I need free oz's and 175 ounces. I made most of my money selling the rest to other caregivers and dispensaries. I have quite a bit invested in a house and equipment to make all this work and really want to continue. So my question is how are we going to select patients that will buy enough to make this still work out. I would feel like a total douche at requiring my patients purchase a certain amount of med's from me a month that's for sure.

More to come I am sure.......

Just touching on the overages part, I suspect there will be a good deal of hash made.

going back underground is just so wrong but what choice will we have once the auditors with guns start knocking on doors...wait until Romer finds out he has driven the movement backwords and the state does not make as much tax money as they thought they will...he will be the first in line to make corrections to his unjustified bill and try to convince everyone he is doing it for the patients....
here I sit on permanent disability at 60 years old having to spend extra money which I don't have being on a fixed income to get 3 Dr's visits to stay legal...
.right as if that is going to happen.....lol....
with 100,000 medical cards now in the state we need to start planning on who gets elected and who sucks hinny......Romer and Ritter and Hekleboob
should never see another elected office in this state again...period ...and they should get this message loud and clear....ass holes every one of them.

So is their a time limit each person has to be your patient. Why can't you just keep like 10-?? patients in the loop and just cancel one out everytime you pick one up?? then, REPEAT. Never going over 5, you could serve as much as you could grow with 30 plants, which is alot under 15k. I don't see a problem here, even with 30 flwrn plants under 10-15k, this is enough to keep disp. popping up. I haven't read the bill for your info. GOODLUCK PEEPS!!

One thing for certain--dispensories are going to lock up their clones--no more selling of clones to patients. If they haven't done that by now--probably before July 1. More than likely you'll have to order seeds from a seed bank.

The other questions you have will be answered in short order--I am certain.
