I have a patient who really needs her card but is on an extremely fixed income. We've used up all of our indigent referrals already this month so I need to look elsewhere. Does anyone know of a LEGITIMATE place that does cheap evaulations and lets the patient leave with all of their paperwork? She doesn't care who her caregiver is, we're giving her our premium package without signing over her rights.
