Do you folks know if there is a legit mmj group in oly, thurston or mason co areas ?
Also how to or should i revoke in writing the designated provider authoration
when switching groups ?

Don't know about any dispensaries down south.
You can't really void a caretaker authorization. You can tell the guy to tear it up but thats about it. I wouldn't worry about it too much. Make sure the authorizations are dated. You might actually try an expiration date on the next one. Maybe renew every 6 months or so just so that you can see if they do a good job for you.
