Me & Mike have decided to stay in the game and give the big boys a run for their money. We are now looking for growers of high quality medicine to team with and give them protection under our Center umbrella. Call Mike or Mark @ GM for details.:thumbsup::thumbsup:

I am a grower seeking shelter! What time would be a good time to come and visit you this week? I will bring you some samples and let you know my background.
Thanks!

I am curious how this would work.
Could growers grow in their house a predetermined amount? Does it have to abide by the 1000 foot limits for schools?
Are patient #'s or anything like that relevant?
1099's at the end of the year?
Will that grow facility be subject to inspections and oversight?
I know a few folks that might be interested but would love to know more info.
Peace,

nice talk last nite mark.yup the only thing holding all of this up is the fees they have yet to release any definite numbers. this is absurd for them to take this long and demand this bill go through so fast then drag their lazy feet.we are at a stand still on the legal side of things.
from the talk we had last nite just to let people know here kindda what mark is looking to do.correct me if i am wrong mark.he wants to setup off site grows us as growers being just that.we pay all fees to get legal under this bill or whatever the case as it pans out?i would think this would mean all state fees once we know what they are,biz lic,s corp,c corp,or llc,tax id,so on?
so would we have to pay just for the offsite grow part?will they want us to pay the bond fee too on top of you're bond fee?
this brings up another ?? say this goes through"no veto" and passes and they start charging us with all of these fees then these lawsuits hit em and are ruled in our favor what happens to all that money they took in??
also i don't think dum dums that support this bill understand how many tax dollars the state is about to waste by passing this.with all the lawsuits in wait not only will this eat up millions of our tax dollars. but will also eat up 6 month to a few years worth of the states time.this is something we need right now with everything else going on in america?

be careful paying anything for a business you dont have any ownership in......if you have to pay anything for the business you should be givien a % of the company

My atty. said that after the first optional grow license is issued, 1284 dictates that any further optional grow licenses will be analyzed in the context of effect on competitors. This could mean that one shop cannot get too many grow licenses under their name.... we'll have to see if the model proposed in this thread will work or not. :wtf:
