The SCOTUS now says we have to invoke our right to remain silent. So, when ever you get stopped, invoke your right to remain silent and end any answering of questions at any time you chose, or go right to right to an attorney. What wackos we've had appointed to rule over us. Scalia should be impeached and Thomas removed for being a dunce.

Yeah you would think that asking for an attorney would be enough to invoke your 5th Amendment rights.
People really only need to remember one thing. NEVER TALK TO THE COPS PERIOD.

31 years and Ive never met a good cop.

I was arrested prolly 25 times in the carefree days and was always read my rights here in Texas.....or atleast knew them and to shut my mouth. Thats a pretty unwritten rule though.

In the end....99% of people snitch in the end anyway.....watch First 48.

I have met an occasional good cop, or atleast they seemed like good cops at the time. But I have met far more corrupt ones, including ones that were related. Have been in a couple good scraps with them. Even put one in medical retirement. We're way overdue for some sort of change in police attitudes. I would like to see them start with mandatory steroid tests for all police.

Not just steroid tests, but random, observed drug tests. They have the rights to FUCK our lives over, why should they not be held to a strict regiment.
