Bad Tasting and Smelling, possible salvage?

I found a quarter after some arduous searching but this stuff smells like pine and chemically like it may have been sprayed, grown with Maricle Grow and not properly flushed, idk. Two small bowls had me coughing/hacking this nasty taste out of my mouth and my phlem was sort of green with intense green couagulation little dots sometimes.

Is there anyway I could extract the THC and leave out any of the horror that possesed this sack?

get a jar fill put some ice in it with very cold water shake it stir shake it stir just keep doing that then scoop out the ice/bud then pour the water through some coffeee filters it will collect the trichomes,after you done that you should have a nice bowl pack depending on how much weed you have let it dry for a day then smoke it and be prepared to get friggin stone....
