With the new laws~ will it still be possible for multiple people to grow in the same house or is it better to just put one person as caregiver to the rest? One person who has 5 others x 5 plants ea (plus 5 for the original) would = 30 plants? I know I could never do that much work and am just considering my boundaries. Would this be feasible in a residential zone with the new laws?

On a separate note; I imagine the laws are different in each county, so where can I do what I proposed above? I am considering Boulder, Denver and around Denver. I appreciate the help!

Thanks

I'd stay out of Broomfield. leo there aren't so happy about amd 20 it seems.

One caregiver per house, but I'd wait and see if the bill gets signed. I started a thread "patients helping patients" because this seems so unclear. It may be better for NONE of you to be caregivers, and all of you get edible recommendations and just grow whatever you want as patients. There is a lot of legal language describing a caregiver, but not so many restrictions on patients.
