Ok here it is. My flowering room is 11'x9'x7'. I have 4x 600w HPS running for flower and 1x 1000w for early veg after they come out the ez-clone. I have a gen-1 propane co2 burner with 4 burners, a dehumidifier, the can fan 100 combo which is nothing short of a giant ass carbon filter with their 8" HO inline fan. That is all connected with ducting and running through the air cooled reflectors. And running the whole show is the Harvest Master Climate Pro. "let me do all the work" it says lol. Not even close. For the ladies I am running Sleestack, Super Silver Haze, White Russian, LA Cheese, Wreckage, and Kush Berry. This is my first grow lol an i know thats a bit crazy but i'm here to make this thing happen. So I am having a little bit of a heat issue. Temps are steady round 92 degrees and humidity is bout 64 percent steady. I just made the intake about an hour ago so we will let that run for a while to see if that helps any. I made it 14"x13". Thinking bout making another one also. Dono yet. Ok well here are some pics an I'll open the door with that.

Heat is the tough issue for many. We used insulated duct and insulated the light hoods. It was easy to do before the plants were put in the room. Like you I have the AC lights, but I felt way to much heat would transfer from the ducting and light hoods to the room. I also have the ballists in a different room for the same reason. But you could insulate the hoods and your duct work. See the pics of my grow room:

joemontana that looks real good. wish i had those ducting skills. as for the heat off of the hoods two are cool to the touch and two are a lil warm. better duct routing would be way better for me. i made another intake and checked the room. looks like i can bring it down a couple degrese this way but without maybe another fan pumping air in looks like i'm going to need A/C. Not two units prolly but something for sure.

Joe has some good advice. Insulated ducting and hoods. I am currently looking into this as I battle high temps in a tent. The ducting also heats up the room the tent is in.
They sell special covers for the hoods or you can just get the sheet insulation and cut it to size.

Best bet, IceHouse water coolers for the lights. Its the only thing that worked when I was battling heat issues in the mid 90's. I was running 2 400 watters with ducting similar to yours in a closet and the water chiller dropped the temps 10-15 degrees. Thats more of a temp drop then getting my enclosed hoods. You'll love em and really you can make them yourself with an ice box, a water pump, and acouple fittings and stuff.
