What to do while waiting

HI. I have filed my paperwork with the dept of health. I have a copy of my doc's form. But my question is: what do I do while I'm waiting for the dept to mail me my photo form? Is there anything anyone recommends? I have no caregiver and no way to get the medicine.

Hi, I am in the same boat. The way I understand is that RI they have thirty days to process app. but will deny within the first 15, then if the 30 expires or if needed they will contact you for appt. for pic. ID. And if all this fails as I am getting the sense that they are overburdened down there. Then after 35 days the copy of your application is verification as a patient. Most places acknowledge this since it i written into the Act. Did you take your app. down there or mail it in? I have mailed mine and asked for a rec'd timesramped copy to be returned. If it doesnt get here soon I will be going to the capital in person with a copy to have it stamped. If you search online most you can contact RIPAC or RIMMEO or try searching under RI dispenseries. I know it could be a while before it is processed and getting the actual card.

I can not grow for myself.

But I get conflicting messages about how to obtain bud. I don;t know of anyone one who could be a caregiver.

Some people say there is a compassionate care place. Others say it is coming.

So what to do what to do what to do?

Don't worry guys they are rolling them out...I was just down today and saw 5 others for ID just in the 5 minutes it took to get mine. If you do stop in the office, be empathetic towards them, comment how it sucks to be overworked, this is the spproach i took and less the 3 weeks later I got mine...now if I can just figure out how to register to get meds..
