I would find a good grower. I am kind of pissed with dispencaries However, I would not have a single problem dealing with greafulmeds. He is the only dis I would deal with if I did not have a private caregiver.

I am in contact with a grower (so hopefully that works out well)...and I'm sure Mark has some fire up there...but I won't pay 300+ for an OZ. And figuring gas money into it too...

That's not true...I can get an OZ for less than 300 at plenty of shops...course I can't vouch for it's quality. I didn't say 300 is WAY too much...just wondering what happened to price dropping as quantity purchased increases...if I'm paying 1/8th prices all the way up, what's the point of purchasing all of it at once...:wtf: I might as well stretch out the purchases to make sure I have buds that are at their peak when I go to puff.

I have not seen a $250 oz of fire at a dispensary in Denver lately.

Everything priced under $300 seems like tumbled imported commercial Cali kindbuds, not the real fire.

You could try emailing people on craigslist who advertise cheap oz's but the few people who I've actually contacted and tried to set up something w/ from there didnt actually have the quality that they reported and were annoyed after meeting up when I said it wasnt worth my purchase. So I dont really check craigslist anymore...

If someone finds one, please post.

^Agreed. You may be able to find <$300 OZs in the shops, but they aren't top-notch smoke.

I've seen a few specials that were good deals... CCF had some Skunk#1 at $275 several months ago that was a good buy, but again not top-notch. Most bang for the buck I've gotten was at THC in Rollinsville.... $300-320 and it's very high-quality. But I don't know if they're operating right now...

Anyone have experience with Mile High Medical on 21st in Denver? They are running an ad (Westword) for one $240 oz w/ coupon.

Awesome, I'll keep 'em in mind. Also I suppose I should say that really if I want FIRE, yeah I might have to pay 300+ and would be willing for THE fire. Hehe.

I did go to Mile High, and the 240 was for a specific strain, Blueberry Haze. It could have been cured just a bit longer but it was acceptable and the smoke is pretty good, after letting a bud "rest" on the counter for a bit. I'm a big fan of that with my buds no matter what actually, kinda like letting a steak rest...only in reverse. Anyway...yeah...meded. :jointsmile: Also grabbed a healthy gram of hash for 15 that finishes a bowl nicely. Oh and a mixed 1/8th of the Hawaiian Snow and Bubblegum (late harvest). The Snow is good, a bit of heart race...but I smoked a bit too much for me...prolly .25 grams. Haven't sampled the Bubblegum yet. Shutting up now.

For the impatient ones :)

Prices here in TO: (slightly lower on larger quantities on the street, but med.dispensaries and FND* are 'round the same)

Dime: Ten. Twelve to fifteen for /good/ stuff.
Eighth: 25 to 35, 40 if it's da bomb.
Quarter: 50-70, 91 for top-drawer at the dispensary.
Half: 80 to 90 if it's either shitty or you're really well hooked-up (see example listed on trancendental videogaming earlier), or 110 to 120 for /good/, and 130 to 140 for H0LY F*** stuff. 115 at the dispensary for good, 182 for psychotic.
Oh: One-fitty outta town. 160-180 for decent, two hun for /good/. RARE is 230, but you are NOT gonna move for a while offa that shite. Top drawer at the dispensary on an Oh is 364, but they might cut ya a deal if you're buying that much regularly.
