I'm looking for a job on the front range. I own a house there, but will consider other locations on a case-by-case basis.
I started growing in '93, so I have almost 20 years experience. I have used many different hydro and soil based systems, and have developed an organic, soil based system over the years. It is about as simple as indoor gardening can possibly get and results in yields and quality that are on par with any system in the world. My yields (in more that one system) have been 700g/meter, 3 lbs/1000W light, and 1.36 g/W. These are yields for plants that are big producers, but even growing average strains yields will be 2+ lbs/ 1000W. I use a combination of training techniques to allow very high yields per plant, I only need 4 plants per 1000W in a 30 sq ft area for my system to work, less is possible with more veg time.
The quality of my finished product is superior, and I go to extraordinary lengths to make sure my conditions are perfect. I don't just use HPS light because quality isn't good enough without a full light spectrum. I expect nothing less than world class results from my work.
I use huge quantities of soil per plant to assure they always have enough food, and have stable growing conditions. I re-use soil indefinitely, saving huge amounts of labor and money. I have learned to treat the soil as a living organism, and this has resulted in my soil getting BETTER over time. Systems have been using my soil mix for 5 years now. I also don't need to use $100+ bottles of supplements and mycorrhizae. This stuff does nothing for my system because it's already there and established in my soil.
I also have a Mechanical Engineering degree. I have experience in lean manufacturing, process design, and production improvement. My last job involved spending months in Europe studying wind turbine manufacturing, and applying what I learned to a new plant that was built here in CO. I was responsible for most of the mechanical assembly processes and the associated production layout for a factory that cost well over $100 Mil. I made huge improvements to the assembly process in my work, cutting the time for assembling the yaw system onto the turbine foundation IN HALF, among many other smaller accomplishments. I saw my projects through to completion and was there until the plant started up despite issues with my boss's lack of ethics and intelligence. He was a poor engineer and had no business leading a group of engineers. He couldn't really understand a lot of what I was working on, and admitted he didn't understand calculus!
So, I look forward to a job as a professional mmj grower! I can also help with set-up and design of grow areas, optimizing space and improving quality, design/build custom environmental controllers, etc. I will offer a free consultation to kick this off, and will be available for interviews if you would like to hire me full time. I have references, pics, and samples.

PS... 1st pic is blueberry, 2nd is Island Sweet Skunk after all the other plants were removed from the grow area. It's a fast growing, unruly strain with sweet, fantastic smoking buds.
