Hey all,
First time poster, but after reading around today I know I'll stick around.
Anyways, if I hypothetically got high on May 7th (I smoke *maybe* once a month tops) and were to take a piss test on May 28th do you think I would pass? It was some alright quality weed and we mixed it in with shisha on a hookah. Don't remember if we filled it once or twice. I am 5'11 and 160lbs and was playing Varsity Baseball at this time so I was getting daily exercise.
Yes, I know the best way to go would be to go pick up a test myself, but the stores nearby are all closed and I'm doing this tomorrow morning.
So what do you think my shots of passing are?

Who would be telling you to take a drug test and for what reason?

If you want to know how you did on your UR test, then purchase a First Check test and take it as close to your UR test as possible. I got mine at CVS. This will give you a good idea if you passed or not.
Otherwise you can wait, it may be agonizing to wait. I can not handle the stress for that long a time. I had to wait from May 18th to May 27th before I heard that I now have a start date of next week for my job.
I could have got a positive dilute, I have heard of somebody who got a positive dilute and they still took him. I do not know the circumstances, but a positive dilute could mean that they will slip another drug test on you when you are least expecting it. The guys who really know what they are advising on this forum are Deige, Burnt Toast, KillerWeed 420, and Webdox.

Are you even of age to be on this site? If your 18 then I don't understand why you would come on here asking for help and then lie right to our faces.
I don't know too many 33 year old's who play varsity basketball. Catch my drift?:wtf:

Yes there are other people who know what they are talking about on this site. I just mentioned the ones that came to mind at the time. I was discussing my test with another person yesterday.
The gist of it was that since I took a pre-employment drug test and passed, that now it is a possibility that I am subject to random testing. He mentioned that he has had about twenty random tests during his career and that others in his shop have had none. He does not believe that random means random.
He also mentioned that the people that continued to smoke were all (to his knowledge eventually caught by various tests and were fired. For some it took years. So rather than go through the uncertainty, we are both off pot until it is social security time, in other words until we definitely will not be working anymore. At that time it will be a different story.
And FAKEBOOBSRULE does have some accuraate and helpful information.
If the pot tests were used and they were only used as a warning at first, with several subsequent chances to pass then I would not care so much about their use. In other words, their use should be rehabilitative and not just as a draconian punishment. The penalties for being caught are much too severe. Everyone who does what I call a victimless crime should not be subject to these tests and then firing and blacklisting for the rest of their working lives because of a pot finding.
And the fact that Labcorp and Quest references things that are on sites such as this is kind of scary. Makes you wonder who is asking questions on this site. Is it possible that some of these sites are run by testing companies or the authorities? If so they have a lot of peoples identities.

Sorry I haven't posted in so long.
I just want to let everyone know that I passed :rastasmoke:

QFT my friend.
The big thing is that the majority of these labs busts are for marijuana. I can guarantee you most employers would take a qualified employee who lights up, that's why when they report positives they simply say "We detected drugs in the sample for (name)"
It's not like the employer will typically know what drug was found, that is why they can't go hiring people who fail these tests.
Does it suck? Yeah
Is it fair? Nope.
Welcome to the way the scientific world works my friends, as a biochemistry major I see a lot of it first hand in my internships. And to think scientists are the ones always scoffing the corruption of other systems...
