With the lastest news release by denver news and with people comparing growers to meth labs say good bye to mom and pop and caregivers.
They got this last bill passed that limited so many of our rights. The next step is to stop indoor growing unless it is in a warehouse. That will be the end to 99% of mom and pops and caregivers. There is no way a caregiver can afford to rent a warehouse with a 5 patient limit. There is no way a caregiver can grow outside and take care of his 5 patients unless you are allowed to grow a million plants so you have enough supple to carry yourself through longer harvest times and the winter.
You sit back and watch the health dept with bs going on with the backing of the attorney general will put a stop to indoor growing unless you are in a warehouse setting. They will get it through by saying it is for the safety of kids, neighbors or the stray dog that is walking through the neighborhood.
That is why they are comparing marijuana grows to meth labs, talking about kids in the middle and safety. They will have the backing of the fire depts, police dept, neighborhood groups, kids groups, health dept and the list just goes on and on. Even Mr. Corry the one person that is suppose to be on our side is making comment to the fact of grows should be in warehouses etc. You better bet your sweet ass the money backed Dispencaries will also be backing this.

Wow!!!!! Funny I can grow enough from my patients limits to last through the year ....The IDEA is to grow bigger plants NOT grow more...Some of you people kill me with your thinking....Must be bored...

Maybe our patients smoke more :) So, fill me in... how can you grow enough to last you all winter and a slower growth cycle if you have to grow outside?
If you are forced to growing outside and have 5 patients that only allows you to have in your possession 12 ounces of marijuana at one time. So lets say we go with your way of thinking and GROW BIGGER. Growing bigger does not do any good because you are limited by law how much dried marijuan you can possess.
How is 12 ounces going to last you a entire year? Because if you are forced to grow outside and do as you say and grow BIGGER that is going to limit you to one harvest and with 5 patients and yourself that is 18 plants. Remember of the 36 plants only 18 can be in flower. To stay legal anything you harvest above 12 ounces has to be thrown away. So, you can make it a entire year on 12 ounces?

I have read the laws many times.....Nothing at all in there about digging a big hole to "bury" your excess in...;)I agree the "mom and Pop" days are leaving us...:(

I think we're going to see more mom-n-pop grows soon.
when the prices go up at the dispensaries, more will grow for themselves & close friends.
This misinformation will be countered soon enough.

iirc amendment 20 says that we may grow our own. they can't change that unless it goes to a vote.

You can grow your own. But who's to say the the state does not step in with safety regulation and say ok you have to have so many sq feet, you have to have a fire protection system, and so on and so on. Stuff that could cost 10,000 of dollars, But even with the state saying you can grow your own big brother says you cannot grow even a single plant. There are ways the state can keep you from growing if the want. This new bill just shows how they can change and limit things. This is just the start of it

it is just the start the odd thing is there not going after indoor veggie growers.i read the part where the prick was talking about how bad growing indoors was cause it causes mold and shit lmao what a joke.most everybody has house plants in their house why no talk about them and all of the sudden it's a big deal.why? because thats their plan to make it illegal for all but the ones who pay them they are ok.then when they don't do something they like they will tell dea/feds to go in and bust em...i have been saying this for awhile but noone would listen......
on another note there is a bill in the gov about making it illegal to grow anything unless you get it approved byt them and pay a high fee per year.so they are trying to ban gardens across the board.
they are trying to make us dependant on them so we can't live for ourselfs.

I must be getting a bad link or something, I don't see where this bill is stopping gardens, any kind of garden. I just skimmed through it but I think it is about food manufacturing product safety. Just medicated before reading it so I could have missed it.

It isn't, but there are some conspiracy theorists who say H.R. 875 is an attempt by Monsanto to corner the world food supply, eliminate non-industrial farming, and control the world with the power of the One Ring. You should ignore Throatstick's twaddle on this subject because he's incorrect; Obama is not outlawing gardening.
