Hi there,
I have been lurking here for some time and find it very helpful. I'm a licensed caregiver with 15 years experiance. I live here my whole life. I recenty quit my slave job to dedicate my time to MMJ. Obviously this bill has thrown a stick in my spokes but i'm not willing to give up yet

Sorry got cutoff for some reason:
With that being said I'm looking for either a space for my own project Anywhere between 2k Sq ft to 5k. Probably could even do more for the right place.
Or I am looking to partner up with someone with existing space. Perhaps someone who is worried about making the 70%? I have quit a bit of equipment and a bit of money to help with rent. Maybe together we could make it happen. There are many possibilities? To busy to run it yourself? or do not have the know how? I can run your place, and teach as well (i have helped many many others) For a percentage?
Any real estate agents out there that can help me find something ANYTHING! Even a commerical or industrial zoned house would do.
I have contacts with several of the more popular dispensaries. So getting everything legal is not a problem at all.
Anyone interested in making this happen let me know!
GG
P.S. I got best of Durban Posion in Kind Reviews and helped create the award winning Sweet Kush that won the people choice award at the Aspen cup. I have experiance in mass production, outdoor, indoor, organic, and hydo (of any kind)

Hi Goddess Grower,
I'm just curious if you know the background and genetics of the Sweet Kush? I'm actually close friends with the folks that made this strain and am not sure I Have heard of you. The way I know it (and don't quote me) Is a sweet tooth mail germinated a OG kush female (could be the other way around not sure)
Anyways, it was a bit ofa oops, that turned into a great strain. The seeds where then passed on to another close friend of mine who cracked the seeds and weeded out the week ones, hence..... the sweet kush..
Now I 'think' sweet kush one people's choice? Meaning it was the peoples favorite? Not the aspen cups main prize. I believe that winner was something kush... can't remember but it wasn't sweet kush.
Also, what dispensary do you represent? I know CAM got best of Durban a while back are you associated with them?
Just curious if we have the same friends or what? I'm also a little confused since no one seems to now who you are....

This is from the best rated review for Durban (on kindreviews) I could find.
"Overall: Durban is one of my favorite strains and this one in particular was the best representation Iā??ve have come across yet. Itā??s been a while since we got some Durban from CCH and this sample is much better than the last one we reviewed. If you like Durban, go to CCH and to CAM at this point."
I like this, it's like a murder/mystery game. All the best GG, I'm just a patient so I gots nothing.:jointsmile::jointsmile::D

Hey Goddess. I have some real estate connections and having been looking for a partnership myself. That was the purpose of my visit to cannabis.com. today...To look for someone with similar interests and goals to form a successful partnership. I also just left my 9-5 after 10 yrs to dedicate myself full time to MMJ.
Send me a PM and we can discuss in some details.
