Thank you for so much help here. Especially the North provider here who suggested the following place,

I hooked up with Seattle Medical MJ clinic near Ballard in Seattle. What a great place:thumbsup: The caregivers are awesome. Especially "ChRon Don" and "Mama Stacy" Don took so much time to go over every strain available as well as everything they offer (Clones, Edibles, many strains and joints as well as oils and hash) It was like a Medical MJ Candy store:thumbsup:

Don is one knowledgable and cool dude:) I told him my needs and how instead of donating for a large amount. I want to as an old time smoker from the late 70;s, I want to try small amounts of like everything they provide. This way I can learn what is good for me. Both for a day med and night.

I also plan on writing reviews here on the strains.

So far I have picked up,
God Bud
Mango
Trainwreck
Blueberry
Orange Kush
NYC Diesel
Black Hash
and Hawaiian Bud

I plan on trying them all.
Just need to find what one will put me to sleep tonight:cool:

Anyway, they are always accepting new patients and you will love there help and the easy going feel for this clinic. No meeting in your car in an alley like another guy some of us in the clinic today all had called a littel farther north:stoned:

Go see Don and Stacy, she rocks too!:rastasmoke::rastasmoke:

Just vaped it an hour ago. Vaped one hit and within 10 minutes I was zoned. Took one more toke and now 2 tokes and an hour later my fingers are moving and I dont feel them:jointsmile: Taste was good thru vape as well.

Kind of a neat stone. Body not numb but buzzing. Head is high. Must be hybrid. I like it. The Blueberry tasded awesome. More of a full body Indica stone. Very strong.

Peace:hippy:

Iceshark,

I would like to visit this place. Can you provide an address or proximity? I live in Arlington and am a cancer survivor and still going through chemo but I don't like the meds they give me for the pain/nausea. I have never gone to a place like this and don't really have a clue where or how to seek help in getting my hands on something that can help me through.
Any suggestions?

There is 2 places that are just awesome. I rate them high in all respects. Plus I too am a cancer survivor and near 50. Both these places make me feel at ease. I come from Marysville.

1. SMMC as reviewed above in Seattle
2. Green Hope Coop in Shorline.

You need to call and make and appointment at either. With SMMC you need to call before each visit. With Green Hope you can go by during daylight hours.

Tell either Tod From Marysville sent you. You will be treated right at both:thumbsup:

Here is another Med MJ site with reviews of strains and places to get them in WA. If you need help just email me [email protected]

 High, Arlingtoneagle. We are a patient for patient network, that is located near interbay area. Almost, close to the Interbay golf complex. Considered the downtown seattle area and the closest club to the ANNUAL SEATTLE HEMPFEST. Which will again be off the hook this year! Even though, I have heard, that this summer of 2010. Could be the last year for the largest Pro-hemp event in the nation.:(

If I goto one of these places, am I forfeiting my right to grow so you guys do it for me?

Sorta confused about these places I see popping up. I mean, can I just go in and get my meds and grow on my own? I don't want to accidentally sign up for someone to be my caregiver when I don't need one, just need a place to stop by when I'm low.

Thanks :hippy:

They usually just sign you up as there caretaker for the 5 or 10 minutes while you're there. You can still grow yourself.

As mentioned, most places are using a provider sign-in/sign-out process. When you leave, you remove them as designated provider. If you have a specific designated provider growing for you, be sure to - between trips to co-ops that use such a process - fill out a designated provider form again so that your original provider can legally continue growing for you.

If you go to a co-op for medicine and they insist on keeping your original authorization... my advise is to go elsewhere. It is not necessary for them to have your original, and if they refuse to give it back I, personally, would call that theft. There are good co-ops providing good medicine that do not take your original from you - call around to various places before you go in and find out what their policies are.

Patients are not limited to having 1 provider and need not worry about re establishing their provider relationships when going to a dispensary.

The only thing to remember really is that a patient and their designated provider can only have a 60 day supply in total regarding the medicine constituing that patient's 60 day supply. But dispensaries tend to not require you allow them to grow all of your or posses all of your (or any) 60 day supply so it shouldn't be a problem.
