First grow Need help!!!

Hi everyone i am working on my first grow and im having some trouble...i have 20 plants and im using a 1000w hps light with the lumatek 1000w digital balast.... they are in about a 15 x 6 room and i have them in 12 inch pots... they are almost 1 month old.... i think i may have over watered them but im not sure....the leaves are droopy on a few and are starting to turn yellow.... Here are some pictures of the problem that i am having.... theese are the main two that i am having problems with.....Please tell me what im doing wrong or give me advice....thanx

Could be over watered, but also could be fert burn, ar ya using them and what strangth? also do you have a fan in there, plust are you venting out the hot air. Them big ass lights put out the heat, so what are your temps?

If you fill out the trouble shooting form, people will help ya more, just not enough info. Im not being an ass man, just trying to get ya help and w/o that form filled out most of the pro's wont touch this thread, but with the form filled your good man. Good luck, oh and just cut an paste it an fill in.

I actually just swtched them into those pots and to the 1000w hps 3 days ago but the room is in the basement which is the coldest floor in the house 10 or 15 degrees different then the rest of the house...but right now I don't gotta fan just the exaust fan that's in the bathroom and I keep yhe door open... So it doesn't get to to hot in there but all I've used for them is simple miracle grow potting soil so far... Any suggestions
