Hey I'm 20 living in Hamilton, Ontario and need connections to doctors that prescribe medical marijuana...I don't have the forms.

I have arthritis in my knees and back pain usually everyday not all day, weed helps it ;)

There is now a medical cannabis dispensary in Hamilton Ontario at 833 King St E called HMMA (Hamilton Medical Marijuana Association). You must have a Health Canada license but they have PK for only $5 per gram. see hamiltonMM.ca
