Needs help asap!!!!!! Plant dying

Ok im almost positive my plant is nut. burnt because i had it in a small pot with all purpose miracle grow which contains nutrients. so it was about 4 weeks old and it was gettin a little big for the pot so i put it in a new one with the same soil filled to the top. Now 3-4 days after i transfered it the leaves are turning yellow and it looks like it hasnt grow at all compared so the others. what should i do!!!

A four week old plant should be able to handle some MG...

This is how it started. Now today the two leaves above the already dying one are turing yellow to you can kind of already tell

Doesn't look like nute burn, almost looks more like it's hungry. Hard to say what you are doing wrong (if anything) without all of the necessary info though.
