my plant leaves are turning yellow why too much water or not enough please check it out the pictures

how often do you water and are you using any nutes is it a leaf on like the very bottem of the plant

i used to put a cup of water everyday but i stop after i seen the top leaves were turning yellow yeah i am using nutes only the top leaves are like that the bottoms ones are green

are they in pots or in tha ground if they are in pots water them untill you see a lil water come out tha bottem then do not water them for like 3 to 4 days or untill the pots are light if they are in tha ground then along as ya dont live in a really dry climate you only have to water like once a week
