mh through both stages?

I have heard using a metal halide lamp with a good bulb can achieve great results and provides plenty of red light for flowering. Is this true? Can i buy separate bulbs for veg/flower? I appreciate any input as i am a nub sorta.

You can use MH or HPS all the way through if you wanted. They have MH bulbs with added red spectrums...

I would suggest doing more research on lighting. Check out the indoor lighting section.
