So what happens to the people that do not have a dispencary around them and there caregiver is playing by the rules and drops them because he wants to keep certain patients and the other caregivers in the area are not the most liked or safest people in the area?

What happens to the patient?

Someone said that they could file paperwork to keep the caregiver "putting him over 5" if there was not a local shop in the area.

If this is true what is considered to far away? 5 miles, 10 miles, 50 miles?

Yea like that will ever happen, more smokescreens. Has the health dept added any new qualifying conditions in the past 10 years even though A20 states for them to consider it?
