I have my drug test tomorrow for a job and I plan on substituting. I've read everything about what to do and how to do it. I'm using a 2.4 oz bottle and plan on just putting it in my crotch with heated seats in my car on the way there. Im going into a Quest Diagnostics Patient Service center to get it done and just wanted to make sure they don't watch you as you give your sample. You can close the door and be by yourself with no cameras inside right?
Just wanted to make sure this testing center's procedures isn't any different than LabCorp or other ones. Thanks for the help guys!

I would not rely on heated seats in car to keep it warm. What happens if you have to wait 45 minutes inside somewhere? The bottle will not stay warm enough. One hand warmer on the outside and your ballsack on the other will keep it 100 until the warmer goes out. I was able to keep mine at 100 today for over 2 hours but thankfully I didn't need it.
Edit: You were not watched at quest in 2001. Tech did stand outside but you are never watched unless you are on probation or something else like that.

You wont be watched for an employment drug test unless youve been suspected of tampering.
Cameras are not allowed to be placed in lab bathrooms, or any bathroom for that matter. Thats voyeurism, which is against the law and will result in criminal prosecution.

Alright thanks for the replies guys! Im going to have a foot warmer on one side and my good ole underside on the other plus my heated seats. I guess it can't ever get over 100 right? It should just stay at 100 max.

So I went in today. They didn't pat me down or anything. I put the sub sample in the cup and the temp strip at 100 was bright green. Which made me think its too hot so I blew on it a couple of seconds until the green from 100 faded and 98 starting to get green. I'm just not sure I waited long enough to cool it down before giving it back to him cuz I only waiting like 20 seconds.
Ugh somebody reassure me im fine. :)

I'm sure you're fine. They usually just to check to make sure it's between 90-100 degrees. If you're strip read 98 then you're in the clear. Don't forget to let us know how it went. >.>
