Since you like Jam Bands, you should check out The Slip.
But yes, I listen to all the above, plus Grandaddy, Zox, Velvet Underground, to electronic like Dieselboy, Sasha, Chemical Brothers, and The Thievery Corporation, to rap like Aesop Rock (who I saw last night, they were awesome)

Drum n Bass and Hardcore is running thru my head these days, although nothin like a bitta Biggie n NWA. I find when stoned all music sounds different and can be far more enjoyable than whilst sober!

I dont wanna listen to even drunk but thats me i am sure some of ya feel the same about rap. its not even the whole ghetto thing cause i listen to Hard House (Rave) and even that gets annoying after awhile maybe its cause i am not xed out but its just me.
Personally i am a NAS HEAD i love Nas when nice
but i am sorry if i offended ya music (rock) i just dont even like it much I do enjoy some marley and i liked a pantera song i just dont idk understand please lol

hey yo u cant tell something sucks rap is like any other music styles. (ok i dont like it really much, because its now some commercial hip-hop that take women for objects and that the only goal is to make cash). still, i think there are few(yea FeW) groups of good rap that lyrics have a meaning. but im a musician and i hatet he fact that theres no musical instruments
true i just dont like certain instruments lol it doesnt click with me its like a suburb kid listening to the gangster rap and he cant relate thats the way i feel with certain rock groups ;/

Eek-A-Mouse is very good, but I seen them live, and I also seen Jimmy Cliff and he blows them away. Jimmy Cliff is an insane live performer, this dude has most energy I ever seen out of a reggae performer.
Now I wish I was old enough to have seen a Marley or Tosh show, because I'm sure they're the best.
