Has anyone in the US (particularly Ohio) received pot by mail? I got a couple of offers to have it sent to me - I'm less worried about getting ripped off than I am about getting busted by the fuzz. Any stories - pros and cons?
thx.

i haven't heard of anyone having probs with interstate shipping...once in a while customs intercepts one from overseas but no worries about em if all is done in the states. just be damn sure the sender knows how to properly seal and pack the package...iow, ask about the method used. personally, i do not trust seal-a-meal bags alone but multiple layers with a soap film in the middle is one good method...
the sender also can get a shipping number if sending priority (which i also would insist on) but no signature should ever be required. when you pay, be sure to use your return address or one that will get it back to you should you be given or write a bad address. no one will ever accept the excuse, "well i sent the cash...".
good luck and try to get as much info as possible before making a decision on who to use too.

Thx for the replies -
BalliN - I'm looking for anything between 1/4 and an Oz. Probably toward the lighter side at first. Where are you in Ohio?
Del... - So you don't think there's very much risk in getting caught via mail. I'm just afraid about dogs, etc. It's decriminalized in Ohio (< 100grams = $100 fine) but I don't know about receiving it in the mail. First time jitters (and not surprising, a little paranoind ;D )
Have you ever gotten any in the mail? Thx.

Yeah, mail-order is great. With a little research, you can find pretty close to average street price. I've bought a couple times, and have been pleased with the quality. No problems with seizures either, even though the places I've dealt with thus far are in Canada. You can email me if you want some more information. I'm also planning on writing a post here with lots of information and buying tips.

I have received many packages from Canada with only one seized. I got the same slip I got when my seeds were stolen by customs. I have had one of these, wich he sent another free one anyway, and around 15 succesful first timers. Just pack well.

what is the deal with safe-mail? When you mail-order bud, can you get some of the top strains like White Widow and Durban Poison? I have heard from some people that the only safe way to send bud in the mail was to go overnight- is this true? Can anyone give me a price scale for an 1/8, 1/4, and an O on mail-order bud including shipping prices? Thanks y'all. If you would rather talk on email or AIM, let me know.
Peace

llamaman666, so what happened when it got seized? Did you just get something in the mail saying "your package was seized"? If this happens, are you on the post office's or Fed's shit-list or something like that? I'm seriously thinking about mail order, I'm just a little paranoid about it. Thanks for info.

Hi there, if they seize your stuff they might try and set you up for a bust, to avoid that be sure to never sign for anthing, given that you cant be held responsible for anythign sent to you. anyone can send anythng to anyone,
