As some of u know tacomas club 420 and our home was raided by the police, and then some, did I mention the military was present at our family home to take place in this!as far as we have come I never thought the day would come that I would see my children with guns pointed at them, we are a family of good honest people and it saddens me so much to hear my own mmj friends comment that"we must of asked for it" because we all know the cops would never lie to obtain a search warrant nor would they fabricate the amount of evidence? They destroyed my home and the only $ they seized was 80$ that belonged to my 9yr old that she received for her grades! Try to explain that to a child! They STOLE our new laptops but decided not to take old ones of no value! As they tell my children "say by to daddy he's goin to prison" I'm tryin to explain that there not all bad guys some of them just do as there told! But just then as we look up they see daddys car with the words"DRUG DEALER"written all over it, the 3 main things I hear as to negative comments is that 1,our weeds to expensive? No its that we have choices! Don't get mad if you can't donate a fair donation for the organic pestacide, fertalizer free and that you take the one all the other exchanges have! Nobody forces that upon you! Go some place elce?? Nobodys holdn a gun to your head? 2nd, As to the allegation of not paying tax's? Its been open 3 months! Finally the fact that people were let in the door to get meds with no authorization? Never, and hundreds of patient members will tell you its not easy to get into by any means, now that doesn't mean the police didnt forge one for there informant though! But last time I checked that's a felony,so I ask you all who choose not to believe in us,please delay judgement and let the facts surface because I promise you are going to be outraged @ what has really taken place in this whole thing, I can't thank our supporters enough who choose to still stand with us on the front lines and fight this fight! I'd rather walk through hell with gasoline britches on than ask for help. But, I'm not asking for me. I'm asking for everyone that thinks cops should be held accountable and that they are OUR SERVANTS. If Club 420 wins in court, we all win. I used to be a paramedic in Las Vegas Nevada before I got disabled. I got sick of watching cops beat on suspects. Not just physically either, mental/verbal abuse. Very few patrol cars did not have face dents in the hood.

But to say that daddy is going to jail to a 9-year-old is unacceptable and could cause permanent mental damage to that poor child. WTF is the matter with this world.

Enforcing laws is one thing, but throwing your ego around when someone cannot 'fight back' is the biggest cowardly act in my mind.

Many of us have been saying this for a long time, cops are not your friends. The truth is there are no cops with ethics, if they had ethics they wouldn't be cops. Any of us that have been involved in the court process will tell you cops and prosecuting attorneys lie all the time. Thats why a lot of us keep pusshing jury nullification. Its completely legal to sit in a jury and if you find the law offensive and bigotted you have the legal right to and the moral obligation to acquit .
I have argued before that I believe it has become time to disarm our police forces. Another 7 year old child was murdered by officers last week back east. We have to end the genocide.

They're pulling this shit up here in Canuckland, too. One of our downtown dispensaries got hit by our servants in blue, and it was the same kinda swat crap. What they hate is that the security footage got out, and that people got to see how they were acting.

I Just frikin wish I went to law school so I can actually do something about all this bullshit that happens all over the place. Sorry it happend next time put a few spy cams through your house. You'de be suprised what someone of those cops say that can get you some help when it comes to court. Although that doesn't matter anymore... Sorry this happend :(

Your time would be better served getting on juries. Ask any defense lawyer or sit in on some cases. The prosecution has all the power in courtroom and the defense has none. The prosecutor even has the power to say he wants a new judge without any reason what so ever. The prosecution has all the money and with all the money comes all the power.
But we can help change it if we just get some of us to sit on these juries in these cases.
