All you have to do is do what they did in that south park episode and you should be fine.

It is not at all difficult if you really have one of the conditions listed and have your medical records in order.

When submitting your application, throw in your most recent medical records with it. It's not required but will assist them much better in auditing your medical history, therefore getting speedier processing.

If your records are not in good order or there's any ambiguity about your condition, it will be difficult.
