Hi
I have recently joined and i have a grow log as well. check my profile and pics..(i cant attach at mo as new to this place..)

Plants are being grown indoors in 1mx1mx2m tents.

The problems i am having right now is that recently i overwatered them but they seem to be drying out since i moved them into second tent and under a new 600w grolux hps.(first tent has 400w MH 4000k bulb...proved very innefficient..)

The plants do not seem to have shown much growth over the last week and the leaves are pretty damn big!! ( i was told to keep humidity at 60%...)

Have they stopped growing because of the overwatering issue?

I just dont get it, they have been under 400w mh since 14th april and they are still only around 8 to 9 inches tall...

Please help me if you can, because i am new to the indoor scene and i want to put this right fast.

Many Thanks

Changes in light spectrum and lumens will stress the ladies a tad. Once they acclimate, they should resume normal growth. Habitual overwatering will stunt growth and promotes root rot.

I avoid letting the humidity get over 50%. Especially in flowering.

...but they might be close to outgrowing their pots, possibly.

What size are the lil' darlin's, and what size pots? They might just be clamorin' for slightly bigger digs...:)

(they look nice and healthy tho, at least the last pic I looked at) Kudos!

I would use your 400 mh until the first day of flower. (I start mine 2 weeks in to help prevent stretch) The plants look great. I would not worry that they are not growing supper fast, they will soon. Your setup is nice and the plants look great. I would go back to the mh or your plants will start stretching creating a looser bud.
Nice job so far. Learn to post the pics in a thread so you can start a grow log.

...though if you only have the one bulb and ballast, and they're already under 600w of HPS (should be around 90,000 lumen), I'd keep 'em there but maybe place a coupla/four CFLs (warm white/2700k, big as ye kin git) around the edges, to 'round out' the spectrum that the HPS might be missing. And keep POUNDING 'em with the HPS.

And are they still in 18/6 lighting, or have you moved them to 12/12? Also, how far is the light from the top of your 'canopy' of green-ness?

You might have a 'lowryder' or heavy indica strain there that doesn't /get/ tall. If they've 'stopped', tho, it still might be the 'too-small pots' issue... And Rusty's right about keeping the humidity low... I heard something about keeping it to the low end of the spectrum, because that tickles the plant to exude more oils to keep the dryness at bay.

Bushes are kuul.
