I am quite sure there are smarter people than me on this forum.
Please assume the next statement is true.
Our U.S. Congressional body must review Medical Marijuana due to the action of the District of Columbia before it officically becomes law.
So I ask your opinion.
If it becomes law due to action or most likely inaction by the U.S. Congress, would this be a federal acknowledgement of our rights to use Medical Marijuana?
