Is one of the people not arrested, but he is part of Tacoma420. Michael is irritable, outspoken and can be a real PITA! BUT he is honest as the day is long and would follow any necessary rules just to cover his a$$. If anyone slipped in there without proper ID, it wasn't on Michael's watch!

And Michael happened to be looking to buy himself a car the day of the bust- so he had his savings on him. He wasn't arrested, but the cops took all his money- $2200. (That alone should tell you he isn't getting rich off this!) So he is stuck using his old junker! Anyone in Tacoma got a half-way decent car he could buy on time?
