As most of you know, our club was raided yesterday. We got our guys out of jail and they will be going to court at 1 pm today.

If you would like to come and show your support, we will be meeting at the shop at 11 am and heading to the courthouse - en masse.

It's at

15 Oregon Ave S
Suite 104
Tacoma, WA 98409

I would also like to say, for the record, that the only way we gave cannabis to a patient without authorization is for that patient to have presented bogus paperwork. NO ONE gets meds without a recommendation, though. That's all there is to that.

So, my advice to any co-ops or dispensaries operating in Pierce or Kitsap counties is to CALL and verify recommendations (even though that's almost impossible with some 'clinics').

As fellow MMJ patients we still need to get behind these people and help them out in court. Its still important that we make a public presence and make our views known.
Please keep us updated on court dates and we'll try to get as many people as possible into the courtroom.
Who do you guys have for an attorney?

If a phony authorization was presented to entrap you, then that needs to be exposed in the public domain. Its high time the LEOs got nailed for pulling this clearly entrapment bullshit. I wonder if this would have happened to you had your club been in King County? I think not since you keep a pretty tight ship and tried to operate under circumstances as others that haven't been busted. Maybe you guys have just gotten too popular.

Good luck, and if fakes were presented, I'd like to know the reasoning since the presenter was knowingly presenting a false document with the intent to deceive you into believing they were legal. Having members sign a consent form that stated that what they presented is in fact a true and legal authorization covers you.

Im sure club420 will come in and confirm, but the court hearing was postponed until tomorrow, Thurs 13 same time, same place.

If you are a patient, it is very important to show up and give the club some support.
Those folks there are on the front lines in a very unfair war against us patients.

This is our way to fight back...in numbers.

This issue effects EVERY patient and caregiver in this state. It is vital the support is there when it counts.

If you have never did anything for the cannabis movement in the past, it is now your chance to make a difference.

I hope you find the will to show up...you will not be alone!

Dear Mr. Allison,

The westnet used what is commonly known as a "RUSE"...Wa. caselaw says they are allowed to created a ruse to combat crime....the reasoning for this according to our courts and state is that normal crime is detectable while extraordinary crimes detection must be done in a covert manner such as infiltration, which seems to be what happened to mike and guy...

Although we have our differences I guess in opinions, we are most certainly on the same side...notice I posted the westnet info. on your site...??

I knew something had already happened, call it intuition....these guys are on top of shit real fast...they are very hi-tech...no bones about it.

We must all be careful of these government groups as they are not our regular state government employees...they are contracted federal hitmen.

They do not operate under state law, even though they get their paychecks from washington state taxes. They have a duty to follow federal law by cross deputizing them as DEA agents by contract....this is not honesty services by any means....they must follow DEA regs and rules...this means they don't recognized state MMJ laws...

John Worthington did an excellent job at getting some great discovery on how these guys are getting away with what they are doing and got them admitting to hobbs act violations...

This discovery may behoove the fight your up against. If you wish to have it Michael, just say so and I will send what we have collected so far....your in a cutting edge moment...rock on.

And you might want to invest in some of the little jury nullification booklets that Alex Jones puts out on his website. Place them around the courthouse everytime you go there. If jurors understand the concept of jury nullification you have a better chance of atleast getting a hung jury.

Ok, when was the last time you saw police bust a major money-making enterprise where they found so little money and medicine that they were ashamed to report it in the press?

Have you read the news reports, at all?

How much drugs and guns and money did they find, again? I can't recall.

And those plants... half were babies from seed. So, Guy popped enough to make sure hew would have enough females to flower. 70 plants for three patients - a shocking breach of the law, huh?

Also, it's common knowledge that Mike and Mikey LIVE at the club, because we can't afford more rent. They shower at the gym down the street. Must be nice, huh?

But, that's just the beginning. Wait. It gets better.

Guy's house is up for auction the 28th of this month, because he couldn't pay his house note and he has a $3000 light bill he can't pay, either. So, for now, it looks like the whole Casey family, including a 9-year old girl, might soon be without a home.

And, for those of you who REALLY wanna gloat, Guy's 14 year-old son broke his back racing motorcycles, yesterday. So, that should make living in their car even better, right?

Nothing like a little schadenfreude, huh? Isn't that nice? You feel all warm and cozy, yet? I sure hope so.

I wonder if the fact that the kid couldn't even go to school because his father was being called a drug dealer to his face all day or the way the police treated him and his family had anything to do with him maybe pushing his bike too far or if it might explain the kind of lapse in concentration that might break a 14 year-old boy's back. Hmm... I wonder...

Oh, and that Hummer? Guy owes $28,000 on it.

Are you picking up on a trend, yet?

Does any of that sound like the signs of wealth and prosperity to anyone here - or to anyone with any sense, at all?

YEAH, BABY... WE ARE ROLLING IN CASH AT CLUB 420!!!

So, believe the cops. Go ahead, maybe you can get on the payroll - if you try real hard and you have a black soul, enjoy torturing sick people, and meet all the other requirements to join the SS. I think you might just haver a future there... think about it.

Now, we need $60,000 for lawyers and we still owe our bondsman (thank you, Alladin!) another $7,000.

Is it ok with you if we raise the money to pay them or is that profiteering, also?

And is being homeless a requirement for good citizenship now?

Cuz, if it is, the three of us, and our families, might just be model citizens real soon.

I'm sure that will help satisfy the thirst for our immorally enriched blood which all the righteous and well-informed mouthpieces for the police so ably demonstrate.

I'm sorry, whose side are you on, again? I can't quite tell from where I'm sitting. But, maybe my view is blocked by your enormous hutzpah.

And, by the way, I'd LOVE to have this chat in person. Oh, I'd RELISH the opportunity to REALLY fill you in on how rotten this whole case is. You have no idea. It's rotten to the core, starting with the most rotten apple in any barrel, Roy Alloway.

To those who KNOW the truth and who HAVE supported us, I'd like to extend my warmest thanks and best regards. To those who see fit to parrot the lies spouted by evil men with guns and badges, I hope you like the taste of crow. You're gonna be eating quite a bit here, real soon. Mark my words.

I love when people state the best thing to do is call the cdc! Becasuse from the past 4 mmj patients that were busted unfairly said that's what they also thought, until they needed public support!" No way"I thought to myself that the cdc would not show up to support? So the first thing I did when the nec420 neede support was to email 4times and to call and let them know they had three days to do there best! Not one mention on the website? I was sick to my stomoch, who are you people and where were you when they needed you?

The cdc has lost control and tracking of patients cases...they had it in a email news letter sent to members. Their calender is relatively empty.

I don't know whom your attorney is for mike and guy is/are...but, mike schwartz in tacoma does MMJ cases and he at one time was a DA in tacoma...he does awesome work...just a thought...wouldn't hurt to call him.

cdc is still a small operation run strictly by volunteers. Every case I've been involved with cdc has helped to get people in the courtroom. Not a lot but atleast a few. I know its a pain to take a day off work to get to these cases but if you were in there shoes wouldn't you want people to show up for moral support? Try and be a little tolerant and supportive of our cause.
