Euphoria/Psychidelicia/caramelicious/super lemon haze grow

Hi Everyone.
I'm pretty new to forums.. and i havent really intro'd myself either..Im just going to get down to the nitty gritty..

As of now I have 2 indoor tents
Tent 1: 400w mh lamp for 7 plants
Tent 2: 600w hps flowering (not currently in use)

I have been growing the following strains since 4/14/2010

2 euphoria (dutch passion seeds)
2 psychadelicia (sweetseeds)
1 caramelicious (positronics)

and the following strain since 5/5/2010
2 super lemon haze (greenhouse seeds)

I am using the following nutes from eurohydro dot com
Floragro
Floramicro
Florabloom
Mineral magic

Soil: Biobuzz

I started the nutes on week 2, however the guy in the shop told me to add 0.5 litres per plant per day.

As a result of this i am trying to dry them out and have stopped feeding them for now.

Sometime this week though i would like to double up on my nutes but the humidity is still high from the overwatering.

Dont really know what to do to be honest.

I also dont see an option here while im posting this to add my pictures..

I have set the pots on a slight angle with the bottoms resting on the side of the water trays beneath them.

I have turned the fan towards the bottoms of the pots to see if i can get more 0xygen to them and obviously try and dry them a bit more..

Today I was on a mission to find a 600w MH 6000+K Bulb but could i get my hands on one? could i heck!!

My Sylvania Britelux 400w MH 4000K bulb has just not proved good enough for this current situation or really for my ongoing veg stage in tent one.

Today I have moved my 5 plants and 2 super lemon haze seedlings to tent no.#2

Tent no.#2 has a "clear" 600W Sylvania SHP-TS Grolux High Pressure Sodium bulb (code 0020808). This bulb is massively more powerful and I've been told by the guy that sold it to me last year when i was growing outdoors that this particular bulb is great for both the veg and flowering stage but i didnt really believe it at the time as the bulb was not bought in what you would call a grow shop but an electrical lighting shop.

I did a search in google and found the information to be correct from a few sources.

Im also leaving the lamp on 24/7 as the plants are still only around 9-10 inches high.

The soil is gradually drying nicely. I have moved some of the soil around in each pot to get more heat exposure to dry things out a bit more so i can progress onto week three of my flora series nutes chart.

Current temps are 85F (28c) and humidity is 48%.

Im going to leave this until tommorow midday and then check the soil again. Will be interesting to see some new growth...I hope!!

Hi Fellow subscribers

Plants have shown themselves to be busy this weekend!! Pics are in my profile page (as @ monday lunchtime GMT+1 17th may 2010) as i am still not allowed to add attachments to my posts...pfft!

3 strains are now on week 3 of GH's Flora series nutes.
0.5ml flora gro
0.5ml flora micro
0.5ml flora bloom
2ml diamond nectar
All amount specified above are per litre of water
Super lemon haze x2 sitting pretty behind the main plants and i have not fed them anything apart from a rhizotonic and mineral magic formula. Bizarrely though one SLH is showing alot faster growth than the other...weirdness!!

Issues:
a few of the plants' leaves are showing a kind of purple colour on top and a red colour down the middle of the leaves.

Do the experts here know what that is?

Im off to the shop now to buy a 600W ballast so i can get these plants back under metal hallide. I managed to get the bulb on friday (finally)..

Photos should show the state of the plants better under MH so i will wait until that time (this lunchtime) to take them.

Righty..

Got hold of a 600w ballast and the plants are back under in tent#1

I didn't pay too much attention to my plants last year (outdoor grow) and
I'm sensing that most of my plants are now showing signs of buds, but i could be wrong.

Can someone tell me whether this is the case?

Ok..

Today I have bought some mylar? the shiny stuff? for tent#1, lets see what this does... ;)

Im going for a 3 day food boost in tent#1

As per GHE's Flora series - old week 3 schedule (they changed the schedule on their website - my grow shop guy still has the old chart...moron..nuff said)

I am only using one litre of water (now distilled water)
Floragro 1.35ml
Floramicro 0.9ml
Florabloom 0.45ml
plus 1.5 grams of mineral magic per plant
Entire food mix is 6.8 PH / 1.8 EC

On saturday 22nd may Im switching to correct week3 for 3 days and then its off to tent#2 for flowering..this will be logged when saturday comes into play...

Im currently showing some yellowing signs on bottom leaves and a few spots on secondary nodes (on one euphoria), I think my PH might have been a little too low on week 2

Stupidly i returned my 400w mh ballast which is now required for some new plants.

I really havent planned very well here. I have just 5 plants under a 600w hps in tent #2 and the temp is like 86F. I switched on the a/c in the room and its still not getting down into the mid 70's.....what to do...?? Humidity is right on 50% though.

I started another 6 seeds this morning to compliment the 2 x super lemon haze. I still think i need to go and get my 400W ballast back though

What a headfuck this is all becoming.

One thing i have learnt from this is to make use of my space and also the electricity by planting 16 seeds from the start and not staggered.

Will be interesting to see how i cope with this nightmare..

I have some pretty bad damage on some lower leaves (normal green with brown and yellow spots)

the top third of the plants are dark green...

I will have to post the issue somewhere else on this forum (no comments here it would seem..) and take some pics when the lights go back on at midnight.
