Hey Islandboy, here is an issue we can agree on!
Of course, I'd prefer that we prosecute him according to the law. I know you care little for the rule of law unless it benefits your position and Israel. But really, it is our adherence to a code of justice that makes us who we are - it is what makes us great. Aside from that minor quibble I'd be more than happy to see this nut house locked away.

Im with ya 100%......in a military tribunal where he belongs.....in accordance to the law.

I could settle for a military tribunal except that his crimes were really not directed against us. Ideally he would be tried by the Afgan government but we know that would just a kangaroo court so perhaps the Hague or some other international body would be more appropriate. If you are going to suggest that he be tried for his role in supporting Al-Qa'ida and 9/11 then he probably should be tried in a US court. A military tribunale would really only be appropriate if we were going to try him for crimes committed against our forces in Afghanistan and / or Pakistan.

I'm not seeing this reported anywhere else. Not the wires or the major news outlets (not that that's saying much).
