IGUANA JUICE.......HELP ME PLEASE

have just brought iguana juice grow and bloom for my plants, the label on the grow bottle says i should add 15ml per litre of water, this seems to be a little high to me, can anybody offer me any suggestions as to if this is right or not?

i use it and love it. mine says 3.5 ml per litre. sure yours doesnt say 15 ml per gal.? i wouldnt use it at 60 per gallon. That seems like way too much. I've used it up to 15/gal and havent had any issues. Great stuff.
